Stephen H. Hammond is president and founder of Christian Values Investing Inc. Convinced that Christians would desire to have their Christian values aligned with their investments and they would better equipped to handle their personal finances if they were counseled from a Biblical perspective. He established Christian Values Investing in 1993, one of the first “fee-only” investment advisory firms in the United States with an emphasis in Biblical Responsible Investing. Following his graduation from Georgia Southern University with a BBA in Finance, Stephen joined Stuart James Investment Banking in Atlanta Georgia. In 1988, Stephen left Atlanta to work as a Financial Consultant with Merrill Lynch. While he was with Merrill Lynch, he completed advanced studies in pensions and profit sharing.

Stephen is a Spirit-filled born again Christian, a published author, and a speaker on the topic of Biblical financial management. He is a qualified professional member of the Kingdom Advisors and a member of the National Association of Christian Financial Consultants (NACFC). He has over two decades of experience in financial planning and money management. He traces his spiritual heritage back to his grandfathers and great aunt who where preachers of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Stephen is the author of Mission Possible: An Investment Guide for Christians, The Successful Life Manager, & The Successful Life Manager Leader’s Guide. He has appeared on several radio and television programs and has frequently been a speaker at various churches in the Southeast.

In 2005 Mr. Hammond founded Covenant Financial Ministries a non-profit organization set up to teach Biblical stewardship and God’s financial principles.
Their seminars give practical guidance in applying biblical wisdom, money management, and helpful instructions to equip people of all ages to handle money God’s way. Regardless of financial position, their seminar presents a concise yet comprehensive view of money management based on the Bible.

Stephen’s wife is the former Angela Ellen Davis. They have two children: David and Rachel.

Teresa (Terri) P. Wynn is an Investment Advisor Representative with CVI. Terri started the financial service industry as a financial consultant with Edward Jones in 2000. Professional designations/examinations include NASD Series 7(inactive), General Securities Representative, NASD Series 63, Uniform Securities Agent State Law, NASD Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law, State of Georgia Insurance examinations Life, Health, Variable Life, and Variable annuity.

Terri’s belief is that money is a tool that, if used with care, can achieve great things but if used carelessly can wreak great havoc. Because of this she helps people manage money wisely and with caution. Through her experience, Terri has learned that perspective and principle are the keys to financial success. In light of this belief she gives advice that is not primarily based on the ever-changing daily news, but rather is based on timeless truths. Terri realizes that it is impossible for anyone to know exactly what will happen in the future with any particular investment or with the economy as a whole and therefore is all the more committed to giving biblically-based and time-tested advice that has proven effective in uncertain times such as these.

Terri’s ultimate goal in business is to help people manage money in such a way that it will provide for their families, achieve their goals, and honor God. She is a member of the First
Baptist Church in Statesboro, Georgia.
