Privacy Policy
Christian Values Investing Inc., is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and security of the personal information that it is entrusted with. During the normal course of business we collect non-public information (“NPI”) from clients in order to provide the financial services that they have requested. This information includes, but is not limited to, names, dependents, marital status, addresses, birth dates, telephone numbers, e-mail accounts, employers, income and expenses, bank and brokerage account information and balances, insurance coverages, residence information, loans, liabilities and information from consumer credit reporting agencies. Only with their permission do we disclose this information to anyone outside of Christian Values Investing Inc. This includes the sharing of limited information with attorneys, accountants, brokers, mortgage lenders and other firms with whom they have established a relationship with. They may opt-out from our sharing of this information with these nonaffiliated third parties by notifying us at any time by telephone, mail, fax, email, or in person. We maintain a secure office to ensure that client information is not placed at unreasonable risk. We employ both hardware and software barriers (i.e., firewalls), as well as NSA approved cryptographic algorithms, to safeguard the security of information stored on our computer systems. We never provide personal client information to mailing list vendors or solicitors without their express permission. Federal and state securities regulators may review Adviser’s records and personal client records as permitted by law. Personally identifiable information about clients will be maintained while they are a client, and for the required period thereafter that records are required to be maintained by federal and state securities laws. After that time, information may be destroyed. We will notify clients in advance if our privacy policy is expected to change. We are required by law to deliver this Privacy Statement to you annually, in writing.
